About Public Grievances

Public Grievance means any communications from a member of Public including a retired Government Official who has either approached the Government office for a service and finding himself aggrieved at the response has drawn attention to the issue or who has been affected by the action or in action of a Government office in the delivering of services and has raised the matter for redressal.
